What do you like best?

What's not to like. All our images are indexed, key words added automatically based on image recognition and can be searched almost instantaneously. The layout of the site is easy to follow, easy to learn and very intuitive. IntelligenceBank is also a small enough company that they can help us along the way - whether that's part of the implementation process or requests for new features. They are a strong cultural fit for our organisation - something I think is critical when selecting a software partner.

What do you dislike?

Whenever we have hit an issue with the software, IntelligenceBank have been there to help us resolve the issue. This includes additional feature requests, enhancing functionality and sharing their forward vision with us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have over 27,000 images stored locally - from over 30 years in the industry. Whenever we need to find a specific image - or look for some obscure component for an upcoming tender, it can take hours. This is significantly increased for new starters who really do not know where to start. By having everything catalogued, indexed and filter-able we can find the right image in a matter of minutes, if not quicker! In addition, all our testimonials have been added to the DAM - and not only can these be filtered, but the content of the testimonial can also be searched. When we need to look for a specific key word, we can find it immediately. This will save our company many, many hours on an ongoing basis.
