Intellicorp improves speed and efficiency through their great background and drug services
What do you like best?
they have great technology and a great team who are always available to help with questions or issues. Integrating with Intellicorp has greatly increased our speed and efficiency as a company. They are also always there to listen to our suggestions and try to make improvements. We have collaborated with their team frequently to try to improve of business and eliminate manual tasks that come with background and drug screens. They are always there to listen to our concerns and try to help. Their new software for candidates is great because it can be customized for your business which helps keep continuity between our software that our customers are accustomed to and intellicorp's software.
What do you dislike?
their team seems to move slowly in some cases when trying to update their technology. This has caused some delays in implementation of their new API. We were also never told when they updated their API which caused some issues with the way we had our integration setup with them. They were quick to solve the issue but it did take some time. It can also some times be hard to get to the correct person to get an answer to a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their sales team is very helpful and do a great job to walk you through all the services that they provide. I would definitely stay connected with them so that they are able to provide you demos and more information that could help your business. They API documentation was a lot to go through but ended up being very helpful to our business. I would use that and connect with your team so that you can keep continuity between your business and Intellicorp.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to more easily background check and drug screen our employees. We have also used their API to integrate our services so that we can increase our speed and efficiency as a company. This has allowed us to grow while also eliminating some of the manual tasks that we have in our systems.
