What do you like best?

I call this software the Swiss knife that every computer repair or helpdesk should use.

I have been using Instant Housecall since 2006. I could not run my computer repair business without it. First, it's very easy for your clients to remotely and securely connect you without huge hassle. It's very easy to install.

Second, it offers lots of useful tools that are built in for the technician.

The company listen to requests and Applies them if the demand is there. In addition, it is very easy to get a hold of customer service.

Any computer repair or any helpdesk related issue. You can pretty much do anything these days with the software. It saves a company lots of money driving to clients house is for any computer repair.
