What do you like best?

How easy it is!! How with one click it gives me everything!! (Network logs, nslogs, screens and taps , etc)

I've been I. The iOS industry for 10 years and never experienced a feedback system so complete and user friendly.

I also love how we can create different categories for the users!!!

Another huge win. Customer service!! 10 minute return time !!! Amazing!!

I only wish there was a way to auto send this info for our beta users - because it's so useful!!!

Getting feedback and reproducing bugs

The step by step screenshots before the user submitted the bug or feedback is huge.

The network logs attached is a huge win. We don't waste time asking user which email, or which login or which screen or what they tapped!!!
