Great platform, great courses, great company!
What do you like best?
The courses are relevant and up to date, the reporting is simple and easy, the LMS platform is easy to navigate and administer the courses, the staff is friendly and accommodating to any request, including working with courses that are not provided by them.
What do you dislike?
The automatic reminder notifications have a cut-off time limit which means a lot of the employees in my organization are not seeing the reminder at a time that is relevant to them. My organization has employees from the East to West coast so often these reminders land in the email box in the early hours of the morning and goes unnoticed which seems counterproductive to what the reminder notifications are there for. I have also had issues with the 'Forgot Password' functionality, where many of my users do not receive the email after requesting it and the support team could never find a reason for this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been working with Inspired eLearning for 5+ years and no other security awareness training solution I've seen has measured up to what this company can provide as far as the training we are looking to provide to our employees. Their courses are always relevant and they are willing to work with you and any custom made courses to distribute through their LMS.

Keeping in compliance with PCI requirements for annual Security Awareness training and many other options, including privacy awareness training and phishing training.
