The last chatbot you'll ever need

What do you like best?

This chatbot leaves nothing to be desired. If you're like me, you've been "trying out" chatbot for a while constantly finding the this or that in which one doesn't do. After trying a few (and spending countless house implementing, training, etc), we finally found Insent. I'm so happy we found Insent! From the first interaction, I knew we have the last chatbot we'd need. The integrations with SFDC and Hubspot and Slack are everything we need to get this fully adopted across my company (both sales and marketing). They leverage IP to Business data connection so it de-anonymizes visitors and gets them engaged immediately. The branching logic to given custom pathways for visitors (we have a diverse set target audiences), is the best I've seen in any chatbot to date!

What do you dislike?

It's not the "free" price tag and it's worth every penny. I suppose a negative is that it takes a week to setup, but they do it for you and build the pathways, write the content and everything it's worth the wait. If you need an "overnight" solution, this isn't for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Identifying site visitors and giving them an experience for them. Connecting direct to sales on Slack is instant gratification for visitors.
