Advanced user of InfoWorks ICMIts very much user friendly, and its help files are extremely good, great work is done by the development team on the basics of the software.
Cant say as its very difficult to find dislikes in this software. But as asked would say a bit of work can be done and GIS related works can be incorparated in this software can time and again we need load it to some gis analysis softwares.
Try integrating a GIS analysis software with this software.
We are currently doing waste water modelling in this software. And the benefices that it contains everything that helps us make our model more realistic.
