Quality in SMS delivery and good service
What do you like best?
The percentage of SMS delivery is normally higher than 97% and very fast and what's most important: they have direct phone lines which generates trust for our company. They assign you an Account manager who answers your questions at all times. Also, friendly platform and good fare.
What do you dislike?
The data they provide could be more complete, also, they should help us generate a funnel or attribution model to understand how many users reached the final purchase. We had to do this ourselves in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really trust and recomend this platform for SMS purposes, if you are considering other suppliers ask if they have direct phone lines and unique code for your company (they may have better prices but messages take longer to be delivered). Nothing else to add.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All related to CRM communications, promotional, relational and data authentication,. The biggest benefit is that SMS has a better conversion than push notifications so it became our main communication channel
