What do you like best?

I love that is has a clear precise image of all banking transactions such as deposit slips, checks, money orders etc. We very rarely have any issues with an image not loading clear and crisp. System is easy and simple to use. It is pretty straightforward.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing I can say that I do not like about it. On on occasion it will run a bit slow and an image will not show up clear, But like i said that is so so rare.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to mass produce images of all customer transactions and deliver them with easy to a central location to be then transferred to all video banking portals. Great benefits are central location and super fast exportation to different video banking modems.
