What do you like best?

This program has been used mostly for keeping up with company attendance and time keeping. The best thing about this program is that it is user friendly and simple to use on a daily basis. The administrator can simply log in and check the company time to ensure that employees are coming in on time and leaving on time.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I dislike is there should be more updates for the user and administrator. The chance to make changes to the program would allow the user to make simple adjustments to the program as needed by the administrator.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would advise users to take the training seriously because it is invaluable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program has allowed us to stream line the check in process at work that provides analysis reports for the administrator to use in the employee contract renewal process. The benefit is that employees have had better attendance and tenure with the company. The support team from this program have been very supportive and have guided the company every step of the way and helped when needed. Their support has been much appreciated in implementing this and training the administrator in how to apply the program in the company. This gives the users a great chance to learn how the program can benefit them and how it helps the company keep track of timing and allows them to keep track of when they are late or early.
