the customer service and support provided by IdeasMine can be improved for a better customer experience ...i.e:

- the way IdeasMe CS Team is handling service complaints can be improved by improving the Response Time and Ticket Resolution Time...

- allow customers to share their views after they have used IdeasMine by Providing a short, simple feedback form, or survey to complete.
