What do you like best?

User friendly. Many types of suggested solutions and demo videos.Best customer support. It helps to maintain, and configure the product. Also best part , if any person is physically challenged, app hai accessibility feature also which help them to use software successfully.

What do you dislike?

Lagging part rest all is thing is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used for mainframe and distributed systems. I had one issue and i raised query on customer support portal and got reply within 5-10 mins . Really fast and reliable.
