★★★★★
Useful but a bit confusing.

What do you like best?

The ease of implementation is there, which makes it pretty simple to get started.

What do you dislike?

While fast to implement, it also requires a lot of knowledge on how to implement it the right way, similar to a CRM in that regard.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a variety of IoT solutions out there, so figure out which one works best with your current stack and make sure that the pricing is also amenable to you. IoT is continually developing and changing, so there are always plenty of new products out there and I'm not sure either way if IBM is on the cutting edge or lagging a bit behind.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Building out a charging station and connecting with the vehicle. This allows us to learn what vehicle is there rather than just any vehicle.
