What do you like best?

I like the ease it has to be able to migrate the data to the cloud, the security it provides in the cloud and with which we can reduce the impact of a sudden and unnecessary interruption, with Ibm you can reduce the overall cost and thus be able to take advantage of all the resources, allows to migrate and modernize. work in the cloud, whether private or public which is a great advantage.

What do you dislike?

I think they should improve the form or method they have implemented for communication between the advisors and the client for more effective communication between them, since they do not have many communication options.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I dare to recommend IBM since I consider it the best way to migrate documents, files and even infrastructure, just as it has a pop-up window to clarify any doubts acquired at the same time that they are generated and I consider that this is one of its best advantages , as its simple use and a very efficient disaster recovery and for reasons like this, I recommend its use.

IBM has many benefits, not only for companies but also for the environment, as it is one of the companies recognized as a good contributor to the environment, and also is always waiting to offer help to its users to clarify their doubts and inconveniences generated during the course of using IBM as it has the option of interacting with an expert IBM operator through the chat and clarifying doubts and inconveniences generated instantly.
