Effective but requires specialized training

What do you like best?

I like the cloud based system of it all which makes remote work effective. It's data entry and real time notifications were pretty effective for staff.

What do you dislike?

Some users report minor bugs with connectivity, due to the cloud based system, but it's very minor.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Data entry, site reporting, notifications, reminders.
