What do you like best?
Hybrent has been a very easy system to use and to roll out among our team. We have been using the system for 2 months now and adopting the system has been easy. From the easy and intuitive interface, to the simple but useful mobile app, this system keeps order management at your fingertips. By making it so easy, it reduces the desire for end-users to circumvent the ordering process.
They team has also been quite responsive in working on customers needs for further development and has rolled out changes rather quickly.
What do you dislike?
We wish that there were more constraints on fields of inventory items put in such that the information is cleaner. More dictionaries to standardize entries would be helpful in some instances.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Standardizing purchasing, cost management and integration with our EMR for cost accounting has been critical. Though our system is not fully up-and-running, we have a much better sense for where our expenses are trending.
