Necessary Digital workplace for the Digital Age

What do you like best?

The collaboration tool is really strong and will help your team work efficiently and generate strong ideas and maximize optimization efforts. The Web app has a clean interface and it is ease to use this product and onboard new team members with it. Meeting room booking was very beneficial during pre-COVID times but it is less valuable now. Leave requests and service requests are very easy to manage and we don't experience any hiccups or misunderstandings that could arise from similar tools from other providers. We also like this platform because the tabbed interfaces make it easy to manage and navigate. There is very little time spent searching for files or looking for important documents. Document manager has saved us a lot of time and helped our team stay organized as we grow and scale to new industries and initiatives. The cloud based deployment makes onboarding easy.

What do you dislike?

There is no API and I hope that this is something that the company implements soon. The timesheet aspect of it could have more features to easily copy/paste from one day to the next especially for individuals who have very standard days this would be a useful tool. The data visualization could be improved and provide more customization features so customers view the data that they want and is most relevant to them. This isn't a major concern for us but it is important for those considering using this product and requesting a demo.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a bunch of tools out there so make sure this one checks enough boxes where it is worth the investment. It was for us!
