What do you like best?
I almost never write reviews on software, though I audition many different ones for businesses. I've been using Hubdoc for a couple years now, and makes life so much easier. It is very accurate, and automatically exports to quickbooks, as well as renames, and sends a copy to google drive (which is exactly what I was doing before I ran into Hubdoc).
What do you dislike?
The auto connect feature (to various vendors), I don't feel works as well, but that's okay with me. I only use a couple, and sometimes the connection is broken. I've mostly stopped using it. If I had a lot of online vendors that could connect to Hubdoc, I might think differently. But this doesn't affect much for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to send all my client receipts to Hubdoc, either via email (super useful), or just drag and drop.
