What do you like best?

Easily navigate between pages and locate what you need from visually pleasing icons. Enter basic employee needs such as payable time, absence requests etc very easily.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. The software works fine for what it is. I guess it can be picky about how you enter certain things such as payable time. If you do not enter it a certain way it will not accept it. I also wish you could enter a holiday instead of just leaving it blank (drives me crazy!).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not think too hard about it. it is very uncomplicated and easy to use. If you have questions, ask them and once answered you will not need to review again.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to navigate, easy to train others on the product as well. Anyone can use it. Problem-solving by making end-of-year- reviews easily accessible and submitted. Much more user-friendly than previous software I've used for reviews.
