I have been using HR-ON's Recruitment for many years. It is easy to use and saves us a lot of time.
What do you like best?
The HR-ON team is great - takes a lot of initiatives to knowledge sharing with us - the users.
I use Recruitment - it is easy to use for both me as administrator and the applicants as users. And by using the system we are GDPR compliant.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike.
At the time I had to sign up for a "staff system" HR-ON's Staff was in the beginning and due to an upcoming audit we had to choose another system which had the necessary features.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is easy to post a vacant position and with HR-ON's Recrutiment we are GDPR compliant when it comes to handling the applications we receive. It is easy to share the applications with the recruitment committee. And most of all it saves us a lot of time administratively.
