What do you like best?

Better visibility on our systems has been the biggest advantage of HP OMi

What do you dislike?

The interface is not very intuitive. It's current dependency on Flash is also disappointing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Understand the system resources required before implementing this solution. The required use of agents as well as the database requirements are a bit more cumbersome than we originally thought.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

HP OMi has been helpful in monitoring our systems across a diverse server landscape. Paired with other alerting systems it has been very helpful in keeping our admins aware of the the health of their systems.
