Easy and intuitive to use For patients

What do you like best?

I like that this allow virtual bookin of appts and patients won't have to sit on phone and wait and staff will be freed up to do other tasks

What do you dislike?

This takes out human interaction and may be a problem if a patient has a question regarding their appointment so a phone call will still be needed

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This will help offices streamline appt bookings and add efficiency.
