What do you like best?

There are a number of tools out there that provide some of the things that this tool has; however none that provide all to my knowledge. The truth is, for the price and what you get you really can't beat it. The software itself is pretty easy to use and it works well.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything that I don't like about it at this time; GREAT product.

I would certainly recommend it to others. It is a wonderful tool for any business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to automate my communication with cold calling and gear towards each potential clients responses. This feature alone is worth a bundle of money.
