Authentication with Insight for online learning
What do you like best?
As a course instructor, I adopted Honorlock for quizzes and exams because proctoring was available on demand whenever needed, and students didn't need to schedule proctoring in advance. Support and troubleshooting are available continuously at the same time as the proctoring, so students don't have problems if they ask for help whenever they need it.
What do you dislike?
My only concern is that proctoring is necessary, but I have found that Honorlock can be very effective to maintain the fairness of online exams.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Online learning normally provides minimal feedback to instructors because of the asynchronous, long distance nature of this modality. Since I started using Honorlock, I have greater confidence about how students are using information to take exams. I'm assured of the validity of learning assessments, and I have better insight into what students are learning.
