What do you like best?

it provides a lot of cryptocurrencies to trade on its platform

What do you dislike?

- non existent customer support. tickets get answered after weeks

- withdrawals get susepended for weeks/months without any update

- prices are not in co relation with other exchanges (Currently dogecoin is trading at half the price on hitbtc as compared to its price on other exchanges). this is probably because of their suspension of withdrawals on this currency

- they keep adding new cryptocurrencies to add but dont ramp up their capacity to remove tech issues with existing currencies (dogecoin withdrawals are facing some technical issue for weeks now and no update has been given from exchange's side)

Although they claim to world's most advanced crypto currency exchange but they are just a very poor exchanges on all metrics as compared to other international exchanges

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it does solve any of my problems. i want to withdraw all my balance from this exchange. no benefits. i am losing money as the crypto currencies are trading at a very low rate on this exchanges as compared to other exchanges
