Good backup service

What do you like best?

I like it has a wide range of services it can backup. We use it to backup different database services, file systems, physical servers, and virtual servers. It works good and does a good job at doing backups.

What do you dislike?

It is a very large product and can be complex. It does so many things that it can be overwhelming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to be able to protect our systems and servers in case there are failures and file corruptions.
