Hiresafe and Al Firato have issues with Confidentiality and Customer Service. Do not recommend.
What do you like best?
Company' reports are accurate, pricing is ok and turned around in a timely fashion. Other than that I did not like anything else about Al Firato's Hiresafe services.
What do you dislike?
Website is does not perform as described. Twice the owner, Al Firato, stated that confidential employee information would be disclosed to the public. Seriously? Customer service is unhelpful, condescending and rude.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly suggest othesr considering HireSafe to do their own research. Call and talk to the owner (he's also their only front facing employee). This will give you a good feel of his angry attitude.
Confidentiality of employee information submitted to HireSafe may not be as secure as you think.
Website does not work as advertised, so make sure you ask for a trial.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are required to complete background checks and drug tests on employees. After our first month we found some bugs on their website. Rather than addressing them, we recieved rude messages from the owner Al Firato.
