Fun and engaging way to operationalize your values and build culture
What do you like best?
We love HeyTaco! At Kanopi, we have clear values, one of them being "expressing gratitude." We have a #thanks channel at work in slack, and when we introduced HeyTaco to encourage people to give away tacos to express their appreciation, our team was all in. Once HeyTaco launched the hashtag leaderboard, our team leaned in, which helped operationalize our other values. We have grown in size since (now 45 people), and our team loves HeyTaco so much, but since they would run out of tacos, they started giving each other broccoli. Upon reaching out to HeyTaco, the founder, Doug, was able to update our taco limit to 10. Once Again, the team went nuts and still love using HeyTaco to recognize each other. I recommend HeyTaco to fellow CEOs as a fun way to operationalize culture and values.
What do you dislike?
I would have said 'only 5 tacos' but Doug was able to edit that for our organization. No complaints
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to install and super fun. My only warning is that you may end up eating more tacos in real life after using the app
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
