Great tool + great support!

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to customize my event site so it looks distinct and professional. Having a built-in dashboard so speakers can manage their own session details makes setup more streamlined. Plus the robust analytics are very helpful - I especially appreciate being able to track how each attendee found out about the event.

What do you dislike?

I wish there were more of a way to incorporate exhibitors and sponsors. So far, there's no exhibit area in HeySummit. I've heard how some people created workarounds by scheduling sponsor "talks," but it's not quite the same thing as having a dedicated place for attendees to engage with sponsors/exhibitors.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used HeySummit to produce my virtual summit last year. Everything ran smoothly, and attendees were pleased. Another part I appreciate is how great the support team is about providing updates and events where we can learn more about not only the software, but also how to produce better online events.
