What do you like best?

The ease of setup of the software is one of its greatest attributes and the fact that it is not segregative in file recovery in terms of the formats in which the images are from the ranges of JPEG, PSD, TIFF, PNG, BMP, GIF and further the fact that it is supports all forms of storage like the hard drives, flash drives and memory cards. Therefore it is like a magic wand in terms of restoration and recovery of images lost as a result of corrupted drives, mistaken deletes, partitioning and so on. The fact that there is a display it offers for the recovered photos such that you only restore the photos you want to restore as in most cases photos are stored using code numbers which might make it hard to determine the photos one wishes to recover and this is what this software remedies. It is also cost friendly and indeed a great software in regard to its name.

What do you dislike?

Besides the user interface where I feel an improvement would go a long way in adjusting the aesthetics to match it with current trends. Other than that there are no dislikes with the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a magic wand for the recovery of photos across different storage types and all formats. In short it is limitless and a must have for all who cherish memories expressed in photos.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Recovery of photos is one great advantage I am realizin with the software but that not being an end in itself as these photos are not just sheer objects but attendant to them are memories and precious moments of life which until the discovery of this software seemed to be easy to lose due to the faults that are encountered in the use of computers like disk crashes, deletes by other users among a whole host of situations that can result in the loss of one's photos but that is no more due to this awesome software.
