Advanced user of HelpNDocWhat do you like best?
HelpNDoc is easy to use tool for authoring online-help documentation. It is so simple to start with that anyone can start working on this software on day one itself. Almost all the features are available in the ribbon itself so there is no hassle of searching for the options. I suggest this tool is apt for single users.
What do you dislike?
This tool has a few flaws which I would like to mention here: 1. This doesn't support the WYSIWYG environment (What you see is what you get). The user cannot see the output immediately. For every small change he makes and wants to see the output, he has to generate the output every time. 2. There is no option to design the Skin for the HTML output like other tools. For any addition required, we have to create and add CSS to the output, which is very tedious.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very simple and easy to use the tool. Anyone who has limited knowledge of this tool can start from day one. I strongly recommend for the new users.

HelpNDoc is useful in creating an online help document. I use this tool on a daily basis. It supports the Single-source option - create one source document and get the output into different file formats with minimum effort.
