Overall a good solution for service desk.

What do you like best?

A good solution for any admin to handle. Able to track the complete lifecycle of the ticket successfully. Integration with other services is best.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes more dependencies are involved with the technical team. For any new feature, we should always wait for a longer time. the complexity involved in understanding the complete product takes a bit of time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to create a service desk successfully for any new product that comes. we launched around 4 products and the creation of a service desk was made easy using this option. community manager was happy with the solution provided to track customer requests and identify new requirements.
