What do you like best?
The loan module is really powerfull, you can manage your assets you want to loan to your employees, and generate report about it.
What do you dislike?
It's important to have a video training or live training to have a full overview of all functionnalities. I first try by my self, and was losing time to find the right information. But it didn't have experience with asset management system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to manage and track your equipment it's the right tool for you. If you want to follow in and out with a billing system, it might not fit with your needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I know exactly where the business assets is and who is in charge of it. I also get notification when I'm too low on some assets, so it help me better manage my assets and optimize my time doing other stuff than looking for materials.
