User friendly, but underdeveloped and not good for a multi unit business

What do you like best?

The layout from a user perspective is very straightforward and easy to train on

What do you dislike?

The backend is very repetitive and slow when doing anything new. The online system isn't reliable and everything must be done directly in the brain. Very behind on technology compared to other systems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Good if your business only has a few locations. Once you exceed 3-5 it can be challenging.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been consistent to train across all stores but other than that we haven't noticed any benefits from an operational/business perspective
