Advanced user of HealthStream Leadership DevelopmentI started using this tool when I started in my current role. My organization uses it for tracking goals and yearly performance. It is a great tool to receive feedback from your managers and for goal setting. We uses it twice a year for mid-year review and annual review. It is pretty user friendly. You are able to see your manager comments and recommendation and provides you a comprehensive report. You can set multiple goals and proportion them accordingly.
I can only think of one drawback that it doesn't link to my employee profile in the company portal but it probably be a functionality that I haven't explored yet. Also, once we start using this tool more extensively I would have a better understanding of it.
