Good intention, but a long way to go
What do you like best?
Easy, simple way to all in one view for HR to shop for different types of employee benefits which previously may live in multiple places. Effective way to manage quotes and enrollment for benefit programs on a single platform. The centralized system allows for all in one reporting and dashboard capabilities which saves HR teams from compiling data manually. It allows us to serve up real time metrics for operation teams and leadership to drive decision making. Software is hosted on the cloud which is a plus
What do you dislike?
While the product has the bare minimum and serves our basic needs, hcentive is quite generic in that it does not allows for enough customization to taylor to our business needs. As we grow as a company, we would need the tool to scale to our needs. The implementation is simple, however there is no trial period or partner implementation, it must be through hcentive. While support is satisfactory, it is limited, there is no live support or chat.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A centralized platform for all HR benefits management, financial, payroll, benefits tracking, reporting, dashboard, simple setup, easy to user interface. Company provided training to our admins, and the tool was simple enough for them to pick up and do a lot of set up on their own. Since Support is slower for hcentive, its good to have our own admins to troubleshoot and do setup.
