What do you like best?

It's very easy to use and has detailed descriptions for everything such as when you end the tracking it gives you options like taking a break, end of shift, going for lunch or personal time.

What do you dislike?

If I accidentally end a shift it's not as easy to adjust that mistake and also wish their was an option to export a time card. Exporting to possibly google sheets so it can be made into a data record.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Upgrade to Pro because the features are better especially if you have more than one person on your team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great way to easily track my time with the push of one virtual button and make sure I stay on task. Love the ease of ending the click because the options listed are perfect and no need to go in and make extra notes.
