What do you like best?

Harvest was a very easy to use time tracking tool for our small organization. Quirks were minimal and when we figured out the issue, it was usually our fault.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit confusing when assigning tasks to people and then starting to charge time towards them. We couldn't get the tasks to be assigned to the entire team correctly and visibility didn't always sync across all users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Harvest was an easy to use and easy to implement tool for our organization. I'm not sure how all features would scale in a larger organization though. I can see some potential pitfalls or unneeded complication when the user base gets to above 200.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed an easy to use time tracking tool. We got that through Harvest. We were just starting to use the integrations with Jira to make our development time tracking more seamless and so our developers wouldn't have to spend so much time on trivial time tracking tasks.
