What do you like best?

The messaging works well, almost too well.

What do you dislike?

Support is inconsistent, sales team is over zealous, they don't deliver on promises or follow up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I do not recommend Harri. It's bright and a shiny and doing its best to mimic social media, in hopes to appeal to a swiping culture. It has been a letdown since day one, Support is inconsistent at best, they only gave us a dedicated contact after we threatened to terminate our contract. Implementation with payroll never happened, but was our single incentive for transitioning. They continue to gaslight us and make empty promises. They've rarely delivered. Use an industry standard, like BambooHR. Or something, anything, just not Harri. We use them at 5 locations, all with about 20% approval by managers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have had very few problems solved, it has been a headache from day one. No real benefits, but it does the bare minimum.
