What do you like best?

Harmony School management has many features to make things easier for teachers and administrators. Teachers seem to learn to use it fairly easily. Also their support is quick and usually able to fix problems effectively.

What do you dislike?

There is an annoying navigation issue that comes up at times. A popup us used to navigate to the next step, but if the user has scrolled down too far the pop up does not show up. They have to scroll up to find it, and they sometimes forget and are stuck. Another situation where navigation is difficult is that in one context users can only load a page of students at a time. They have to guess which page the student they are looking for is on, or load several pages one at a time until they find the one they need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps teachers quickly document the things they need to document, such as discipline referrals. Another feature that saves time is synced with our learning management system (Canvas) using Clever. So the classes are automatically set up in Canvas, and grades can be automatically imported into Harmony from Canvas.
