What do you like best?

Harbortouch is easy enough to navigate. You've just got to get the hang of it. That takes about 5 shifts. The screen is easy to look at (it's not jumbled or chaotic).

What do you dislike?

It doesn't show full sales until tips are put in & finalized. It's easy to press the wrong payment & there's no way to go back. Transferring tabs is way too difficult because it gives too many options. The program looks like a book because it's got so many explanations and no easy to click buttons.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When you have free time, you have to keep playing around with all the features because there's a lot, and it takes a while to learn. Not very easy to understand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows me to ring in things to see the price before I have to finalize the sale.
