What do you like best?
My Strategic Account Manager is the best! She's thorough, knowledgeable and she is always there to help me when I need her. We have an excellent working relationship and she takes pride in her job. She will do whatever it takes to make sure your account is running smoothly.
The entire team works with us to implement and design programs that meet the needs of all our employees, whether they are administrative or technicians. We had a lot of change due to the Pandemic and Halo partnered with us step by step to ensure the success of the program. Our employees are grateful and look forward to their service awards.
What do you dislike?
There isn't really anything that comes to mind. My team is responsive, helpful and always looking for ways to improve upon our services while saving us money.

We're a multi-location organization. Halo is helping us develop methods to distribute service awards out to our employees during this pandemic. We revamped the program with the guidance and professionalism of the entire team. They defined and implemented our data to streamline a once difficult process.
