Highly recommended for those who wants to see visible results right away

What do you like best?

We spent monhts evaluating various systems before landing with GuestTouch and we couldn't be happier. It's fully automated for us and simple for staff and guests- from getting more review and collecting guest feedback at the right time to monitoring our reviews and responding to our reviews.

Our guests love the simplicity of giving direct feedback and leave reviews directly on Google/tripadvisor- we've received 5x more reviews and are proud to win TripAdvisor awards 2 years in a row which has improved our RevPar.

As staff- we have lot to do daily- they released cool features like whatsApp alerts that allowed us to get the review alert or feedback alert on my whatsapp, in addition to app, so we could act on the issue and make sure the guests have the best experience with us.

With automation, we keep focusing on our guests - improve/fix based on real-time alerts and keep delivering the best experiences and everything falls into right place.

What do you dislike?

None I can think of. They keep releasing newer updates and support from Jennifer account management team is always very good.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Online reviews can make or break a hotel and GuestTouch not only has an outstanding product but their team really cares about their clients. Their service is excellent - and you can also connect to their other suite of products to based on the business goals, which is very innovative .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having operated branded and boutique properties, we experienced many products and services in reputation management. This was by far the best- because it helped with automate everything from review generation, guest feedback (which are super easy for our guests- and guests love the simplicity vs long surveys), to review monitoring to review responses across all our platforms that drive our sales like Google, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Hotels, Booking.com and much more.

I also love that we are able to use great reviews from guests and automatically sync them on our website which showcases our actual reviews to our potential customers on our website.
