What do you like best?

I enjoy the user interface and its integration with the Windows operating system. It is effective at making time management and tracking easy, yet non-intrusive.

What do you dislike?

In recent versions, the cloud sync feature has been pushed heavily. I do understand this from the developer's perspective, however, as it is a method for monetization. I prefer local data storage, however.

I have used grindstone to solve the problem of tracking actual time spent on tasks. Grindstone makes it easy to compare the time spent on the task with the estimate of the time you thought the task would take to complete.
