What do you like best?

Greenshot is a simple application, but it has all the necessary features to take screenshots and annotate images with a professional look. Using simple image editors gives the annotated images an amateur look, while professional image editing programs are too complex and not focused on annotating images. Greenshoot can deliver quality results in a simple interface.

What do you dislike?

No software is perfect, but I did not encounter any significant problems during my use of this tool. There is also the question of this product being open source, which allows developers to enhance Greenshot's functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many problems can be better explained with images, and in most cases, it is quicker to annotate pictures than to write lines and lines of text to describe an issue or propose a solution. However, we are not always working only with our team members, and annotating these images in an improvised way can devalue our work. Greenshot has a simple user interface with all the main tools you need to annotate pictures and allows everything to look professional to share with our partners.
