Greenlight Guru has made Design Controls and Project Planning easier to execute and manage
What do you like best?
I like how the Design Matrix is interactive, and you can attach documents to each User Need. I believe the Design Control Matrix is very intuitive, and you are able to link multiple Design Inputs to a User Need, multiple Design Outputs to a Design Input, or multiple Verification or Validations to the Design Outputs. With the Design Matrix being a Living Document in the Design Control Process it is easy to navigate, change inputs or outputs, and see everything real time. The best thing about the Design Matrix is the ability to seperate or classify different components within the design matrix, for example: seperating implants from instruments. The risk matrix is also intuitive and easy to review. Creating change orders for document control is convenient because you are able to track the progress of the document changes. The tagging system inside Greenlight Guru is easy to use and operates like hashtags in Instagram. You are able to link multiple tags to each document/ design control/ or risk.
What do you dislike?
I dislike how late it took for us to start using Greenlight Guru. Going back and implementing past projects is troublesome and inconvenient. Starting a company with this system would benefit much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are starting your Medical Device Company, it would be unwise not to use this system. It makes Design controls and Risk Management a breeze.

We are solving document control and design controls with the Greenlight Guru Software. It is easier to release documents and gather signatures for controlled documents. The design controls system has made project management more manageable by having all the documents in one place.
