What do you like best?

I like that Gravatar can automatically update my profile in many different social media accounts. The features are so simple, which is what makes it really great. I like that it works with WordPress, which is a platform our company uses often.

What do you dislike?

Gravatar doesn't work with all social media profiles. I think if we can update more elements of our social media accounts, that would make it more meaningful to many users, including us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Gravatar can make things easier for those that manage some of your social profiles. I'd recommend using it since it's free and simple to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can update key parts of our profile information, including the profile picture and name, in many different social media accounts. It saves us time from administrative actions for updating profiles. We can keep everything up to date more easily.
