Advanced user of GradProGradPro was extremely useful in integrating and streamlining our student records with associated program requirements. It was especially helpful in administering our graduate assistants and their tasks. Hopefully, we will use it for setting graduation records and communicating information regarding enrollment in final courses, but that is yet to happen. I will update the review to share my experience once we reach that stage..
So far, I don't think there is anything to dislike in the functions and capabilities of GradPro. However, I would like to see more work on GUI and design.
It is a great tool for managing student records, however, you should contact the company to request more info on your specific requirements before buying it.
It helped us integrate our student records and enabled us to save significantly on costs for administering graduate assistantships. Also, we are currently rolling out the system for updating and integrating graduation records with course catalogs.
