What do you like best?

There are a lot of choices these days for buying domains and managing DNS. Most of the services really feel like their interface is 20 years old and their DNS services really are difficult to manage. Not so with Google Domains. They sell every TLD I've looked for, and setup of a new domain is super easy. I also like that it is tied to my Google ID, that's a password I won't forget. The transfer process is easy to complete, both in and out. I've also found that changes to DNS are propagatedto DNS servers very quickly. Much faster than with previous Domain services.

What do you dislike?

Honestly I haven't found anything to dislike about this service. It has done everything I have needed to do and I've done it without a lot of stress. It's easy and fast. The interface is modern and simple to use. I suppose domains could be cheaper or they could automatically make squatters go away, but realistically neither of those are real things, so I really can't think of a single thing I dislike about this service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I manage multiple domains, most of which I have purchased from Google. Purchases and transfers are easy. Auto renewals make it easy to keep the registrations up to date. It makes managing multiple domain registrations easy and secure. It keeps them all in one, easy to access and use place managed by my Google ID. It's a good service and one I plan tol keep using for a long time.
