What do you like best?

Used to be a good company before being acquired by Hostway, since then uptime and support went rapidly downhill!

What do you dislike?

Only 95% uptime on average...which is pathetic. Even more than that, I dislike that the TERMINATED my account and PERMANENTLY DELETED MY DATA...WITHOUT NOTICE!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

AVOID myhosting.com at all costs...unless you enjoy spending hours on the phone with unknowledgeable support agents who offer nothing but excuses or apologies without solutions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I solved the problems of damage to my reputation and loss of consulting business after numerous outages caused by myhosting.com by moving to another provider.
